Cannot find Pick a Look Wizard under Format because it no longer exists.
Cause:
The 'Pick a Look Wizard' under the 'Format' menu no longer exists.
Solution:
The 'Pick a Look Wizard' under the 'Format' menu has been replaced with the 'Apply Design Template' command under the 'Format' menu.
Do the following to apply a design template:
1) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Apply Design Template...'. (The Apply Design Template dialog box appears.)
2) (Optional) Click 'Preview' Button from the 'Apply Design Template' dialog box, to preview the design template before selecting it.
3) Select the desired folder from the 'Look in' drop-down list box.

4) Select the desired design template from the 'Name' list box. (The selected design template appears to the right of the Name list box.)
NOTE: Use the scroll bar to access more choices.
5) (Optional) Click 'Advanced', or use the drop-down list boxes in the 'Find files that match these criteria' group to search for existing PowerPoint presentations templates.
6) Click 'Apply', to apply the design template to the presentation. (A message appears stating that 'Charts are being updated with the new color scheme'.)
NOTE: Click 'Cancel' to abort the design template for the presentation.
